Return & Refund Policy

At ChloeSelect, we want you to love every item you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a fair and seamless experience for everyone.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unused, unassembled, and unaltered.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective inserts intact.

  • You will need your ChloeSelect order number or proof of purchase.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@chloeselect.com.

Please note:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer's address on the shipping label. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions via email.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and the packaging in your email to support@chloeselect.com to help us resolve the issue quickly.

4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders, custom sizes, or personalized items).

  • Clearance items, sale items, and digital Gift Cards are unfortunately not eligible for returns.

5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

7. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@chloeselect.com.
